Steve Wizgird is a seasoned financial professional with a deep expertise in business lending and relationship management. As a Senior Relationship Manager at Michigan Business Connection, he specializes in helping businesses access the capital they need to grow and succeed. With a background in financial services and a degree from Cleary University, Steve brings a strategic, client-focused approach to commercial lending. Based in Fenton, Michigan, he is dedicated to building strong partnerships and providing tailored financial solutions that drive business success.

Curtis King is a seasoned banking professional with over 20 years of experience across various segments of the Banking industry, including retail banking, commercial credit analysis, underwriting, commercial banking, and business banking. His roles have included serving as a Business Banking Market Loan Manager for the Metro Detroit and Toledo regions, where he led efforts to support local businesses and drive market share and segment growth. Most recently, Curtis transitioned into executive leadership as the CFO and COO of a multi-state medical equipment sales and service company, bringing his financial acumen and operational expertise to the healthcare sector.

A proud Michigan resident, Curtis lives in Royal Oak with his wife and their two energetic toddlers. He is a graduate of Central Michigan University and enjoys giving back to his community through various professional and personal endeavors. As a former KeyBank employee, Curtis proudly returns as the Business Banking Team Lead supporting the Michigan and Northwest Ohio Markets

Nathan Orange has over 25 years of commercial real estate banking and investing experience with a heavy concentration in the multi-family and mini-storage space. He has financed several hundred million dollars of investment real estate during his career, and has taken this knowledge into his real estate businesses. He has been or is currently involved in single family/multifamily (including fix & flips), land contracts, seller finance, corporate/medium term/short term rentals and standard rental properties in the Michigan, Nevada and Florida markets.      He currently co-manages his apartment buildings and short-term rentals owned by himself as well as those owned with various partners.

Mr. Orange completed pre-engineering for aeronautical engineering at Purdue University prior to transferring to The University of Michigan where he graduated with honors and earned a BBA. 

Bill Johnson is a dynamic executive with over 15 years of experience bridging finance, sales, marketing, and operations. A data-driven decision-maker, he specializes in optimizing processes, financial controls, and strategic growth within diverse industries, including software, professional services, and financial services.

Currently serving as COO/CFO at Airspace Link, Bill has spearheaded revenue growth of over 300% and secured Series B funding with a three-fold valuation increase. Previously, he held leadership roles at SkySpecs, LevelEleven, and MetriX Dashboards, driving financial strategy, global expansion, and operational efficiencies. His expertise in fundraising has led to over $100M in successful investments.

Bill holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from Northwood University and a BA in Business Administration from Alma College. Certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt, he excels in financial management, business strategy, operations, and performance improvement.
